Connection to Red McCrae:

Red used to poke fun at Reggie. Called him “Shortwave” and teased him about talking to ghosts through static. But when Red needed someone to record a “private shift log,” he gave Reggie a frequency and said,

“If anything happens to me, it’ll start there.”

Reggie still has that recording. He hasn’t told anyone.

Personality:

Skeptical, sarcastic, and a little too intense. Reggie’s the kind of guy who logs everything — not because he’s nosy, but because he doesn’t trust anyone’s memory. He’s sharp and observant, and when he says “That’s weird,” you should listen.

Background:

Reggie built the internal radio system after the 2003 quake. He’s since caught dozens of strange broadcasts — numbers stations, ghost echoes, overlapping shift chatter.

After Red died, Channel 3 went live again.
It shouldn’t have.
No one else was broadcasting.
But Reggie recorded it.

And heard two voices.

Character Goal:

Keep the recordings safe. Find out who’s broadcasting. And figure out if Red’s voice is echoing from the past — or somewhere much closer.
